Cyber-Bullying

If you are a young adult who is experiencing cyber-bullying , I want you to know that I am sending you love and support.

I want you to know there are more people who want to help you than the ones who want to hurt you. Please Google "cyber bullying" and you will see. Maybe you would be happy to know there are over 10 million websites on the internet that want to help you. I promise you that there are more good people than bad.

I wish I could give you a hug and tell you not to worry. I wish I could explain to you that people who bully are insecure and probably have had some life experiences that made them so mean. I know that is not an excuse for their behavior but maybe you could feel a little sorry for them. They are only hurting themselves not you. They are cowards.

Please do not suffer in silence. Tell somebody. Ask for help. You will find it.

Do not allow what they say to make you feel bad about yourself. Don't give them that power over you. They are the ones with the problem, not you. I promise you that this is something that will not last and someday you will realize it made you stronger.

I know it is easier said than  done but you can do it.
Be brave and be fearless. They have nothing on you! You are amazing and all kinds of wonderful !
I want you to know that you have a friend in me.

Hang in there...Alison
